Why is racism so normalized on social media in 2025?

In terms of the amount it's not really much different on sites like Twitter compared to 5-10 years ago. Now it's more balanced instead of mainly being directed towards one group so it's a lot more representative of how the general populace actually feels instead of just a certain portion of it.
