Would Sony pull their games off steam and other stores? If done right, Xbox hardware with Game Pass and Sony games suddenly becomes more attractive than a Playstation. Can they withstand the revenue loss? Would they create their own store on PC and refuse to be part of Xbox Hardware? What if ASUS or Huawei came up with a hardware using Xbox OS? This could be Xbox way into markets like China, Spain and other markets where Playstation dominates.

That is the ultimate question! Sony only has direct ability to ban if an Xbox device connects to PSN. Otherwise, they would need to work with Valve, Epic, and even GOG on a solution. Which would be a difficult one considering all Xbox devices at their core will be Windows, and I doubt those storefronts would have any interest in helping Sony with a solution.

I mean, I know I’m planning on swapping the version of Windows on my gaming PC to this new Xbox version when it becomes available, and what is Sony going to do? It’s a PC I built myself.

Yoshida described as Sony games on PC as “almost like printing money” there’s no going back for them. And unless Sony decides to make their storefront and games only available on Linux and Mac there’s nothing they can do about it. 

And they're not likely to make their own store, because that's quite an investment in and of itself, plus PC gamers HATE every time a new store gets introduced lol. Literally the only reason the Epic store is even still around is Fortnite and a crazy amount of spending on epic store exclusives.
