It is interesting to see that it works at all on RDNA3, albeit with huge performance hit compared to FSR3.1.

Which is probably the reason why AMD didn't release FSR4 to RDNA3 or even older cards. It's barely better than native, so I can understand that AMD didn't consider it worth the trouble, especially when they have other software parts where they need to catch up to NVidia.
