Between all of the different protests in the Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania area (about half a dozen of them) there probably were 15,000 - 20,000 people.
I attended two. One downtown, which was more middle-class center-left liberals. One in the uptown/hill district area which was more urban, radical, and multi-racial. The first was probably 2,000 - 4,000 people, the second 1,000 - 3,000 people.
All positive vibes.
The best part was that we didn't even think about the stupid military parade.
One fascist driving in his car told us we were 'domestic terrorists", and one guy walking downtown with a MAGA hat but other than that no counter-protesters.
