Other than some freebies I was interested in like Celeste I've not used EGS at all. Steam is just a way better platform though the weekly freebies are a fantastic feature but I wonder just how much longer they can keep doing that. The temporary exclusivity thing they tried pissed me and a lot of people off but thankfully over the past couple years or so they've been heavily moving away from that and are now focusing more on encouraging developers to release their games on it alongside Steam and publishing games and the latter being exclusive is way easier to swallow than a game intended for Steam getting taken away for a while. Sucks that the next Playdead game is gonna be one of those but with how long it's been since Inside development of it is probably troubled.
