In terms of original/new first party content - it sucks mainly because they are focusing on remaking/remastering the same games that did not need it (The Last of Us, Days Gone, Horizon 1) or going full blown support on live service games.
In terms of legacy software through the PS Classics, its great - having access to PS1, PS2, and PSP games again is great.
In terms of preservation or access to the previous generation library (PS4) through b/c - fantastic.
I voted for "Great" for b/c and access to legacy titles but not Amazing due to poor first party output.
