How about I demand a retailer hand deliver the PS3 from their shelf to my entertainment center, plug everything in, charge the wireless controllers, plug everything in, and put the disc in the system too?

Did I ask him to plug everything in??? hmmm, no.

Did I tell him to hook up this PC of his to the wireless router? hmmmm, no

Did I tell him to put the game into the Disc drive?? hmmm, no
