But in the case of physical games on NS2, do I only install an update patch or I need to download and keep the whole NS2 version of the game in the system storage?

I have ToTK physically and the expansion pass. Seems only the upgrade files are on my Switch 2 because Im certain ToTK should take more than 4 GBs.
