We did look at OLED this year again, we did some R&D and prototyping with OLED, but it’s still not like where we want it to be when you factor in VRR into the mix. And we aren’t willing to give up VRR right now.

I'm sure all of the crying about Nintendo's price and no OLED still won't shut up about it when the highly advanced PC units can't do it.

I don't get why people cry about it so much. OLED looks nice, but it is more likely to screen burn then an LCD over time.  I would soon rather a screen that has slightly dull colours than screen burn
