Seems that something’s about to happen in Iran…unless this is the U.S. attempting to strengthen leverage? The U.S. has been searching for an excuse to start bombing for decades; not sure what leverage U.S. would be seeking. I feel very confident in saying a war with Iran will at least occur sometime during the Trump presidency. Whether that be this week, this month, this year, before midterms, etc.

also, my avatar broke b/c i tried uploading a pfp that was too “large.” No idea how to fix this. I’ve already reached out to Bandor. If anybody has suggestions, please quote me here OR pm. Thank you! :)

Netanyahu keeps pushing for a war with Iran to save his political career and freedom. So far Trump has said NO to Netanyahu for any attack against Iran. Netanyahu had already planned strikes on Nuclear facilities.

It's hard to say what's really going on. Last estimate was that Iran was up to 60% of Uranium enrichment, far more than is needed for nuclear power stations. 3-5% is enough for that...

And now the watch dog has found Iran in breach of its obligations

Iran threatens nuclear escalation after UN watchdog board finds it in breach of obligations

Iran has warned it will ramp up its nuclear activities after the United Nations nuclear watchdog’s 35-member board of governors adopted a resolution Thursday declaring it in breach of its non-proliferation obligations.

Tehran retaliated by announcing the launch of a new uranium enrichment center and the installation of advanced centrifuges – an escalatory move likely to complicate nuclear talks with the United States set to resume this weekend.

Nations attending the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) board meeting in Vienna voted on the resolution, with 19 in favor, 3 against and 11 abstentions, Reuters reported.

The IAEA has previously accused Iran of non-cooperation but Thursday’s move marks an official finding of non-compliance and raises the prospect of escalating the issue to the UN Security Council.

The resolution was tabled by European countries and the US after a May 31 IAEA report found Iran to be non-compliant in its nuclear duties, including failing to answer questions on uranium particles found in undeclared sites in the country, and its stockpiling of uranium enriched to nearly weapons grade. Iran says the IAEA report was politicized.

Now of course making a nuclear weapon takes a lot more than just nuclear fuel... North Korea has done Nuclear bomb tests since 2006, not something you can hide. And NK is much more aggressive to the world, yet still nothing has been done against North Korea. North Korea openly helps Russia in the Ukraine genocide with weapons and soldiers.

So far with Iran it seems to be a negotiating tactic to get sanctions lifted. Get a better deal with nuclear enrichment threats. But of course Iran could also profit by selling enriched Uranium to North Korea and other countries.

War is not the answer though, neither the US nor Iran wants a war and bombing Iran would only make the situation worse in the ME. On the other hand, Trump can't negotiate for shit and Netanyahu is slowly getting pushed into a corner. The US' reputation is also down the drain, starting a war won't be received well inside nor outside the US.

I say the chances of Netanyahu starting a war and dragging the US into it are 50/50 atm :/
