Can Nintendo turn Switch 2's pricing disaster around? And how?

I don't know the exact technical details. I just looked it up on YouTube to see how it ran and from what I saw it's a solid 30-40fps without I'm sure people would rather sacrifice some battery life than have drops into the teens and low twenties. 

The PS4, the PS5, the PS4 Pro and PS5 Pro all suffer framerate drops with Cyberpunk.  Is that acceptable?

The PS4 is almost 12 years old and the Pro is almost 9 years old so it's crazy to bring them into this discussion. I know All versions have dips in framerate but this version has dips into the TEENS and this is the newest platform of them all by far.
