I know they've been very successful. My intention wasn't to put down down MKW or other Mario Karts. I think I should've just said that to me personally MKW doesn't look like the killer app Zelda BOTW was. All I meant is that it doesn't look revolutionary, but maybe it doesn't need to be. I think MKW is a different kind of killer app. We know Mario Kart will be good. People pretty much love every iteration of it. Zelda on the other hand needed a big change. Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword just felt like the same old thing(at least to some of us)

It almost feels like a distant memory when the Zelda franchise never had a single release reach the 10 million sales mark until Breath of the Wild. Zelda was never really "killer app" material for decades.
