I think it's bizarre when a console that shifts 75~ million units of hardware is oddly perceived as a failure by people. Like... Really bizarre.

I mean…it did see around a 50% drop from DS. And needed an emergency price cut within a few months of launch. It certainly wasn’t a disaster, but I wouldn’t call it a big success. Maybe a “very lukewarm success” would be an appropriate label…
