I doubt Lelou would kill Rolo over this. He doesn't seem like the kind of person to let emotions force him to get rid of someone useful, and Rolo is definitely useful. It will certainly put a wedge between the two of them, and Rolo might start to feel alone and perhaps even defect, I just can't see Lelou killing him.
