I would say this is actually the best case scenario for TACO, I would say this is like a lifejacket for him. If TACO was smart then he would use this as an excuse to pullback from his disastrous tariff agenda, he can't do that right now, because he is incapable of admitting that he was wrong, but now the courts have given him the perfect excuse.
He would say something like "THE DEEP STATE HAS STOPPED ME FROM MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN BUT WE WILL FIGHT THIS. THE JUDGES ARE ALL CORRUPT. DRAIN THE SWAMP" but quietly backdown from tariffs, tell his stupid fanbase that it's the judges fault that he couldn't make America great again and try to pin the blame on them whilst giving up on his tariff nonsense.
Good thing that TACO isn't smart and he will likely fight this and waste millions.
