I'm not saying it won't be a good game, but to say it's a "bargin", is to me defying the whole purpose of having a console.

 

The game is in fact a bargain, if you could buy MGS4 for 30 dollars you would call it a bargain to although you still have tpo pay 400 dollars for the system. And what do you mean defying the purpose of a console??

 

That is true, but then you don't have to worry about having to constantly upgrading your machine for next few years in order to play the latest game. That's the whole point of having a console.

 

BTW, SSJ, if you can put together a machine that will run Crysis. send me a video of that new machine with Crysis running, because I have 500 dollars sitting at home I don't mind paying for it.

The whole point of a console is accessability yes, but PC gamers usually only upgrade once their GPU+RAM after 2-3 years and nothing else. PC gaming is not as much of a hassle as some people think, and it's cheaper.

 

well, that''s the whole point. Yes, it is cheaper by 10-20 bucks per game, but you have to constantly upgrade GPU + RAM, not to mention motherboard and other components over the course of the life-span. For someone who isn't super computer savvy (which is 95% of all people), it became too much a hassle.

 

That is why people like myself, even though I can't stand FPS games with controller, moved to console in the first place.
