If had a year without gaming, I imagine I would actually have some time for game development, and that's exactly what I would probably use the time freed by the lack of gaming for. But that would involve testing the game, so it's a bit of a trick question - is game development also gaming? I also have a backlog of other stuff I'd probably spend time on without gaming. If game development and the testing involved is allowed in a year without gaming, probably a year without gaming. If game development is also excluded, well, hmm. I don't know, and I'm glad I can simply choose to ignore that case.
