I've been watching Ransom lately (old series) and came upon an episode about Ukraine (S2 Ep5)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7948354/?ref_=tt_ov_ep_nx

Ukrainian terrorists (from annexed Crimea) wanting revenge on Russia. The show made it kinda clear Russia were the good guys or rather don't attack Russia...

Pro Russian propaganda in 2018?

When did American TV switch from Russian bad to Russian good. (Arabs have become the default bad guys since 2001)

Games and Hollywood propaganda do a lot to shape public opinion :/

The U.S. bent over backwards to make Russia good guys after the USSR collapsed. That didn't change when Yeltsin was replaced by Putin.

And Trump seems to be buddy-buddy with rich Arabs. Saudi Arabia was never on Trump's list of banned countries despite the fact that 9/11 was perpetrated by Saudis and Emiratis, and Trump also didn't seem to care when a Saudi Air Force officer murdered a bunch of Americans in Pensacola. He did assure the American people that the King was "very sorry." It's the Iranians (who are not Arabs) that the U.S. has a big beef with, although most Americans can't tell Arabs, Iranians, Kurds, and Sikhs apart from one another despite those all being very different peoples.
