Pirating games is illegal. Nintendo's terms of service is also illegal. Like Icaro said they're being notified by the brazilian consumer rights protection agency. That part of the EULA is different on Europe and UK terms of service. Why is that?
Apart from the whole "we can brick your console if you mod it" there's also a bizarre clause that asks you to give up your rights of suing Nintendo in a court, having a trial by jury or participating in a class action lawsuit against them. This shit is also illegal lmao.
But imo this is all scare tatics. They won't brick anything and people will still mod their consoles and pirate games as usual.
