Well, it's not often that "big" isn't correlated to sales. But yes. GTA 6 is going to be played by more people this gen than any other game and by a country mile. It's the industry's crowning jewel right now. The game to end all games.

Yet I won't touch it, and I've never touched 4 or 5. Many games have come out and have done well since GTA V. There is no such thing as a game to end all games, lol.
