What is your favorite game developed by a German developer?

From the listed ones, it would have been Settlers II (Or Die Siedler II, as I played it in the original German language).

However, I actually prefer the first one as you can't cheese the game with catapults here and the transportation system seems more complex than on it's successor.

But while Blue Byte is my favorite developer, the Settlers are not my favorite game series from them. I grew up with wargames, so the Battle Isle series is a better fit for me. And I think the winner will be Battle Isle 3, narrowly beating History Line: 1914-1918.

So my top 3:

1. Battle Isle 3
2. History Line 1914-1918
3. The Siedler (known outside of Germany as Serf City)
