You can upgrade the Switch 1 version apparently for $10, rather than having to buy the whole thing again:

Honestly, considering how massive the difference between Switch and Switch 2 is in this case (loading times, visuals and blocked paths) I'm surprised they are actually offering a 10 dollars upgrade. It's cheaper to just grab the Switch 1 version on the eShop at sale and then upgrade to Switch 2.
