I mean, the decline is significantly bigger in Japan than everywhere else, especially software sales, but part of that is to be expected for a country with declining demographics.

So it might be still proportional to other markets once that is taken into account. Maybe.

But its still weird to single out Japan as some kind of bad market for consoles, when its hard to find any market in the world that buys more consoles on a per capita basis. Imagine how much more consoles would be selling WW if say Europe bought consoles on the same level as Japan per capita.
