Probably would have been hard to find any Pope who wasn't shit on handling the rampant sexual abuse in the Catholic Church Tbh and who doesn't have backward ass views on LGBTQ+ and women but he definitely doesn't seem to be a fan of Trump/JD Vance and that's probably the best we could have hoped for from the Catholic Church, Lol. Again, when I say he seems moderate, I say from a Catholic standpoint considering a ton of them have shitty views on women/LGBTQ (and I hope he has changed those views).
