Switch 2 emulation - will it be a problem for Nintendo this generation too?

Will it be a problem this generation too? Judging by the sales of the Switch I don't think it was really a problem last generation.

The Switch 2 will almost certainly be hacked like the previous Nintendo consoles. DS, Wii, 3DS, WiiU and Switch have all been exploitable with soft mods and/or flash carts and I don't see that trend being broken. Though emulation probably won't get into a good state for playing till roughly 3 years after launch. I imagine Switch 2 piracy will be a thing by early 2027.
