Switch 2 emulation - will it be a problem for Nintendo this generation too?

Alot of pc's out there are capable of it..... it just need some people working on it, chipping away the problem that is getting emulation to run.
The thing is Nintendo Ninja's are scary as f***, and will sue you, or drown you in cases, even if your supposedly in the right, to work on such a project.

I don't think Switch 2 emulation will be out there as fast as Switch's was.

I'm not sure they sued the guy behind Ryujinx or that, although he was "offered an agreement", it was an "offer he can't refuse", at least not in that sense. IIRC he's Brazilian, and, if I'm informed correctly, Nintendo would stand very little chance in Brazilian court. I think it was more likely he was offered some sort of compensation, unlike with Yuzu, where they had the case.

Not that it mattered much - community just took over both Yuzu and Ryujinx forks and kept on going, they are both alive and kicking, so I don't think there is lack of poeple who are capable and willing to do it, it will probably have more to do with how different SW2 API is compared to SW1.
