That is wildly inaccurate regarding Sony platforms, as it has been said (though they are harder to emulate), but Xbox consoles in fact never did attract much attention from the emulation scene, mainly because most of their games have always been PC multiplatform.
(Which is a shame, because there are games like Lost Odyssey, Panzer Dragoon Saga, the Gears games, that, to be fair, can be bought and run on a Series S/X, but that's not ideal for preservation).
