The problem with your Steam Deck and the SSD capacity is that you can't play Nintendo games, unless you resort to piracy and even with piracy, you won't be able to play Switch 2 games. I bet you already own a gaming PC which makes a Steam Deck purchase even more pointless.

The reverse is also true.
You cannot play Steam Deck games on a Switch 2. - They are different platforms.

Remember... Unlike consoles, the Steam Deck also has 40+ years worth of games it can draw from. It also has FREE online.

If you own a PC, it actually makes the Steam Deck a BETTER purchase. Why? Because you only need to buy ONE game to play on ALL your devices that run Steam, saving you a stupidly large amount of money.

I don't need to rebuy the latest version of Doom, because my PC version works on my mobile device, no piracy required... But you go ahead and enjoy paying that "$20 upgrade" fee to get the Switch 1 game "enhanced" on Switch 2. That shit is normally free on PC.

Nintendo doesn't live in a bubble where all of the worlds games are available on the little console that could.
