Up until recently I would have given Biden's foreign policy for Ukraine a grade of F, because the cowardice to stand up against fascism was appalling. But as bad as the Biden administration handled things on a lot of occasions, it now looks like a solid D; or in a word, passable. They had no clear goal, but at least they had an interest in maintaining the status quo of giving enough to Ukraine to prevent surrender.
