I'd say I refund almost half of mine too. Steam's refund policy basically lets you demo a game and then refund it if you're not feeling it, which is great given how few games have actual demos nowadays. I only buy games I think/hope I'll enjoy (so it's not like I'm buying hundreds of games just to refund them), but as I've gotten older I've found it harder and harder to find games I truly enjoy, so I still end up refunding even the ones I had decently high hopes for.
