That basically saying, they plan to increase the console price at some point.
So its launching at 449$, but they might increase it down the line.
This is to avoid the blow-back they would receive from going to say 499$/549$ (for bundle).

If you want a Switch 2, at its current MSRP, you should try to get one ASAP, because it is likely going to cost more, at some point after launch.
