Haha, it literally is exactly what they did in Jurassic Park, and scientists are already using Dr. Malcolm's criticisms from the book that these aren't real dinosaurs, but mutants that just use some of the dinosaur DNA, but fill in the rest with bird and frog DNA... which also led to the disaster when they started breeding uncontrollably because of females turning into males, and impregnating other females... but that's a different story (written by the late John Michael Crichton... before he left us......... on Farscape 1).
