He emphasized the need for Russia and Ukraine to negotiate and added that Russia isn’t facing U.S. tariffs because "we’re not doing business with them."

Very concerned, very frustrated, Trump is very unhappy! Oh Russia is going to get it now! They've fucked up now! They must be terrified that Trump is very unhappy! Maybe next he'll tell them that he's disappointed in them! Damn Putin is shaking in his boots. I bet next month Trump will be very unhappy with Putin too!

Anyway...

The US Department of Defense is considering withdrawing up to 10,000 troops from Europe, according to NBC News. These troops were part of the 20,000 deployed in 2022 to strengthen defenses of countries bordering Ukraine after Russia's full-scale invasion

🇺🇸 The US is withdrawing troops from the key military aid hub for Ukraine in Jasionka, Poland, per US Army Europe & Africa Command. The vital work of facilitating military aid will continue under Polish and NATO leadership, with US support.

Making space for an European army - just a couple years early.

Either way, I'd say it doesn't really matter. Russia is way too depleted in materiel to be able to make a serious invasion effort into a country that's still fully equipped, let alone 4 of them (which at the state of the Russian army would probably curbstomp them even harder than in 1919)
