This is actually fucking hilarious, either he is a coward who is backtracking once again after seeing the markets shit themselves or he is trying to manipulate the market and stop it from cratering and the market believes him once again. The end result being that rich people just purchased a bunch of cheaper stocks and now the wealth divide is even greater, Lol.
