Slapping made up tariffs on every country in the world, including some of the most poor? Seriously discussing taking over Canada?

Refusing to rule out military force to takeover Greenland? Seriously proposed an ethnic genocide of Gaza by deporting hundreds of thousands of Palestinians out of their country and stealing their land, resulting in anger from Middle-East countries? Still sending Israel billions to bomb more women and children? Bombing children in Yemen? Threatening to bomb Iran for not signing a deal that Trump himself tore up in his first term? Inviting rapists like Connor McGregor to the White House?

Democrats were calling anyone who wanted to close the border to Wuhan racist against the Chinese even when China itself was doing it. They were priding themselves on never taking the Trump vax.

Can't say I remember Democrats saying Trump was racist for wanting to put travel restrictions on China. I see Trump made a false claim on Biden that Biden called him xenophobic for doing so, but here is what Biden actually said.

On the day the White House announced the travel restrictions, Biden did say at a campaign event in Iowa that as the pandemic unfolds, Americans “need to have a president who they can trust what he says about it, that he is going to act rationally about it.” He added, “This is no time for Donald Trump’s record of hysteria and xenophobia – hysterical xenophobia – and fearmongering to lead the way instead of science.”

The Biden campaign says Biden’s “reference to xenophobia was about Trump’s long record of scapegoating others at a time when the virus was emerging from China,” and that he was not talking about the travel ban.

On April 3, Biden’s campaign said Biden supported Trump’s decision to impose travel restrictions on China.

“Joe Biden supports travel bans that are guided by medical experts, advocated by public health officials, and backed by a full strategy,” Kate Bedingfield, Biden’s deputy campaign manager, told CNN. “Science supported this ban, therefore he did too.”

On ABC’s “This Week” on April 5, Biden responded that while he agreed with the travel restrictions on China, he didn’t think the president acted with enough “urgency.”

Well, you know, 45 nations had already moved to keep — block China’s personnel from being able to come to the United States before the president moved. So, it’s just — it’s about pace.
