Attended a protest in Pittsburgh today. There were multiple in the city's two downtowns and also at the county seats in the neighboring counties.
I'd guess about 1,000 to 2,000 in the "second downtown" we showed up to, but more at the county seat building in the business district, probably double. Even about 500 people showed up to a nearby, very red and very rural county seat.
These were part of protests nationwide. The ones in New York, and D.C were pretty huge.
Will be going to more over the summer. The focus was protecting immigrants, as they are the most vulnerable, but pretty much every issue matters.
