Yes the Japanese version of Mario Kart World, is 23,4GB.
World Wide release (more regions) will likely be abit bigger in size but not much.
Mario Kart 8 was like ~7GB and went upto 11GB with the extra content ect.
I doubt Mario Kart World, even years from now, with more added content goes much over 30gb.
If other Nintendo games follow suit, you should be able to have like 9-15, games installed at a time on there.
(some games are much smaller, ei. Super Mario Jamboree Switch 2 Edition being like 7.7 GB)
