White House says the 10% baseline goes into effect the 5th and the reciprocal tariffs go into effect the 9th.

Soooo yeah, a decent chance Trump backtracks and pretends he won something then, but the markets might not give a shit this time, we'll see how they react tomorrow to if they believe he is bluffing or not.
