That whole paragraph with Red Steel and how crappy games are thrown out and their crappy sales lead to the perception of how core games can't sell on the Wii is amazing. It's like so much of what Wii fans have been saying for some time now and yet developers/other fanboys refuse to listen to. If this game turns out really good and has tremendous sales it could help perception of the Wii enough to get other quality support on board.

I'm getting more and more optimistic about this game as it moves forward. Without a publisher already in place there shouldn't be any problems with their creative ideas being stepped on by bigwigs that don't understand the industry and there shouldn't be any fear of rushing the game out to try to meet some deadline for fiscal projections regardless of quality.
