Interesting take and I am not surprised it's a Twitter/X post. I guess the fundamental difference in all of them is that Nintendo doesn't need to do anything at the current moment, Sony is trying to shine some light on some old dead IPs that have little value at the moment and MS is doing it out of necessity with old and new releases as they transition to a 3rd party publisher with their consoles sales now in the toilet. Context is everything.

I'm hoping NSO somehow shows up on iOS, Android and PC as a app.

I can see it doing well on those platforms considering all three platforms you can easily emulate NES, SNES, N64, and the Gameboy Family games - might as well throw in NSO - have people sub to play it or existing users can use the PC app to play it on there if not on the Switch as a extra option. If needed, pay another premium amount on top of the NSO price - kinda like how companies have a Ad Free version with a Ad - or a better example - Amazon Prime Music having a basic version and a Unlimited version.

It'll be an extra feature kind of like Nintendo Music is and the new Nintendo news app that came out today since they are both on iOS and android.
