The one I played most was NSMB Wii. But I pretty much only played The first DS game and the Wii game. When NSMB U dropped I was already so over the formula that I never gave it much of a chance. Frankly the only things I remember today about the games is the helicopter-hat from Wii and the minigames from the DS version.
I never really wanted to return to them the same way I return to most of the Super Mario games from Snes and Nes era.
The multiplayer was kind of dope in them all. Expecting a new Super Mario All stars around Swtich 2 half time.
