For me it's either PS1 or PS3.
PS1 was a huge part of my childhood, and the leap to 3D just felt so mind-blowing and magical at the time. Spyro, Crash, and Croc were some of my fondest memories of gaming.
PS3 was the peak of Sony's first party output in my book with the likes of Uncharted 1-3, Resistance 1-3, Motorstorm trilogy, Puppeteer, TLOU, Killzone 2/3, Wipeout HD, etc. It was also a great gen for third parties with stuff like the Mass Effect trilogy, Bioshock games, Dead Space, Vanquish, COD MW1-3/BO1-2/World at War, Bulletstorm, Binary Domain, etc.
PS3 had more games I'd consider great, but PS1 was more revolutionary.
