Digital Foundry compared it to DLSS.

Alex says it beats the normal DLSS 4 CNN model, but loses to the DLSS4 Transformer model.
Still its pretty clear this is a huge step up, from the older FSR3 method AMD used before.
Machine learning really helped here.

Seems to come to the same conclusion.... at some things FSR4 is beating DLSS.... its a massive upgrade over FSR3.

Based on all the feedback from both companies, AMD seems to be getting praised and Nvidia is getting heat.

Seems so far, the AMD mid range is the better option. I'll wait and see what the final product and price looks like but it's looking good for AMD.
