Mélanie Joly, Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs, said she hasn't heard from any Americans all day. Lutnick told Fox Business that he spoke to Canadian and Mexican officials on the phone on Tuesday and that both countries told him "they'll do better."
They've gone from screaming that they'd increase tariffs if Canada responds to suddenly saying they're going to compromise and meet them half way, a little progress, Lmao. But it's more likely they're just trying to keep the stock market stable. Who the fuck knows, this admin lies every 10 minutes at this stage, it's hard to keep up with all their bullshit.
