In the first benchmark, the clock speeds are very low for some reason, from what we know so far those should be 400-500Mhz higher for the 9070XT and ~300Mhz higher for the non-XT variant. In both cases, that's pretty much over 15% performance missing just from clock speed.

So in other words, by the time you get your Blackwell GPU, it's successor is already "out"(as in, 3 GPUs total worldwide, all in hands of reviewers)...
