The most disturbing thought in the aftermath of the USA's recent actions is that it has now become more probable that soldiers of a NATO country will be deployed to Ukraine while the war is still active, but it's for all the wrong reasons. The way things are going, it's not hard to imagine that Trump will order US soldiers to join the fight on Russia's side, because Ukraine will rather continue than accept a travesty of a deal being forced on them.
