I just finished doing both back to back 100% (by that I mean all KONG letters and all puzzle pieces, I refuse to do time trials, hard mode, or mirror mode; those are basically never fun.)
Loved both games. Such good design even if I'm still a little confused over the physics this time around after how GOOD the DKC trilogy on SNES Felt. 14 years between DKC3 and Returns and it felt worse somehow? Not enough to ruin the games but definitely enough to keep them way lower on my rankings than the SNES Trilogy.
