Russia may stop if you just gift them what they have stolen already because they also realize that they don't win much territory anymore but that has obviously nothing to do with the situation some years ago where Russia thought they will just overrun Ukraine (which they even did the first days)
Also smart that he's talking with Russia, the country spying on USA like no other, about stuff like AI. What's his plan? To help Russia build up their own great AI networks or to use the technology of USA's own companies to get even better in building smart drones and stuff like that? I guess yes, because it's obviously all only about money for him.
