We do know that neither the judge or anyone on vgchartz articulated the legal justification for blocking DOGE from auditing the Treasury Department. 

Auditing is one thing, eviscerating the federal civil service without proof of wrongdoing is another.

Musk has made broad claims of fraud but offered zero proof so far, he just repeated nonsense like condoms for Gaza and Politico money (which were like... the premium subscriptions from every Congressional office).

If there's fraud anywhere, it will be in the near-untouchable DOD, but let's see if Musk and Trump want to mess around with the MIC. I very much doubt it.

Maybe he'll cancel a few contracts of Starlkink/SpaceX rivals, because, you know, it's up to him to decide on any conflict of interest involving himself anyway...
