That number is for November, we don't know if that's November 1st, 30th or anywhere in-between. We also don't know if this is shipped or sold-through.
Really this information isn't precise enough to know if changes need to be made to Xbox numbers.
AMD also has said that the consoles have shipped over 100m as of the end of 2024, but again we don't know how much over 100m that is, because it doesn't necessarily mean less than 101m.
